Light Of Altair

I don’t normally blog about other indie games, I find most of them to be a bit too casual and cuddly for my liking, but I just added a new game to the ones I sell through positech.co.uk and I think it might appeal to any of you who are following gratuitousspacebattles.

This is it:

When I tried the demo, I ended up playing it for much longer than I assumed I would. Give it a go.

  1. How do you end up selling other people’s games, just out of interest? Is it like an affiliate click-through thing, or are you setting up Postiech.co.uk as a distribution venue, or?

  2. its an affiliate thing. lots of devs do the same with my games. It’s just a good way to promote other games you like, and spread the word about them. The vast majority of the money still goes to the developer.

  3. saw that on Impulse and Steam the other day… looked interesting, but didn’t yet invest.

  4. Saw a post about the demo on tigsource and got hooked on it, so I brought the full thing as soon as it came out. Now if only I could figure out how I’m meant to beat one level and I’d be able to keep playing it. Great game though and it’s nice to see you recommend it.
