Social Engineering Crash

Hi I installed the Social Engineering expansion last night, and now whenever I try and load a saved game or even start a new game and press next turn, the game crashes... any ideas? I think it might have something to do with the mods I subscribed to on the Workshop not being compatible with the Soci...

Re: Marxist Economics(Major Mod)

As would I Radman! I'd love to see a whole host of Marxist/socialist policy mods. Collectivised farming (ranging from a few state-owned farms to complete community ownership of all land etc), a new tweaked nationalisation of industry mod, market regulation policies, maximum wage policy etc. I love t...

Re-Downloading Democracy 2

Hello,

I bought Democracy 2 a few years ago, but have since bought a new computer. How do I go about redownloading my purchased digital copy of Democracy 2?

Thanks for any input

Tony

Make this flag for me please...?

Hi, I'm not a genius on computers; especially not with modding. So is it possible for some one to make this vv flag compatible with the game please?
Thanks. http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff29 ... b_emp3.jpg

Kudos 2 Demo Not Working...?

I downloaded and installed the Kudos 2 demo and then when it launched, it just said I had to close the program. Any knowledge on that?

Re: Democracy 3

I agree, while I understand there probably won't be a Democracy 3 for a while, I would like to see more concentration on Government systems. I have opened a threa about it.

Concentration on Government Systems

Playing onDemocracy 2 today, I noticed, as brilliant and adictive the game is, there isn't much focus or concentration on the government systems in the game. Perhaps this is due do it being difficult to add features to the game on this or the developers have simply chosen to focused on the policies ...

Re: UK and the EU - better off out?

@noachian - Thank you as well for your two replies - I have more points than I can respond to properly! I think it's easy for europhiles to dismiss euroscepticism as purely emotional and without reasoned argument, but both you and TomPhil have put forward some excellent points. I'm going to try to ...

Re: Monarchy?

we definitely need lower corporation tax, especially for small businesses. In this internet age, I have every incentive to emigrate and take my business with me, and no incentive to stay in the UK to fund ID cards, The Olympics and other wastes of money. Bah! I'm with you on this one. The market ne...

Re: Monarchy?

What taxes would you raise in order to cut inheritance tax? Well, not to encourage the side-tracked debate; but withdrawing from the political union with Europe would benefits our economy by around £5 billion a year. Encouraging further Commonwealth-wide and Worldwide trade would also benefit us mo...

Re: UK and the EU - better off out?

[quote="Josef Litobarski] I've also heard the argument that it is the single biggest force for trade-liberalisation in the world (much more effective than the WTO which does things by unanimous decision and has trade-rounds which drag on for years). There is a single external tariff - but if co...

Re: Monarchy?

inheritance tax is not communism. Oh no I was saying that forcing people to have equalty financially is Communist. And I do *not* have an equal opportunity to be rich if I grow up in a council estate with a rough, poor performing local state school, with my parents in debt all their lives, no compu...

Re: UK and the EU - better off out?

TomPhil is quite right (from what I have read, sorry I don't have time to read all of your reply, will get round to it after College). The European Economic Community is what the UK citizens voted YES to in the 1975 referendum. The EEC was an ecomomic trade bloc, which sought ot encourage free trade...
